Attachments

Attachments are supported both from the agent to the customer and from the customer to the agent. In both cases, the following requirements must be met:

• Attachment size must be smaller than 10M
• Attachment type and extension must be one of the following:
  • audio: mp3
  • image: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, tif, tiff
  • message: eml
  • pdf: pdf
  • presentation: key, odp, otp, pps, ppt, pptx, pot
  • spreadsheet: csv, numbers, ods, ots xls, xlsm, xlsx, xlc, xlt, xltm, xltx
  • video: avi, flv, m4v, mkv, mov, mp4, mpg, qt, wmv
  • word: doc, docm, docx, dotm, dotx, pages, odt, ott
